EVENT SCHEDULEFollowing a three-week summer break, the championship will travel to the United States to begin the second half of the season with the Red Bull TKO. An event in stark contrast to the previous two races, Red Bull TKO culminates with an intense day of racing where competitors must advance through numerous heats to reach the final.
The event has a multi-round "Knockout" format where each round is unique. In some rounds, riders race against the clock, while in others they go head-to-head. They tackle both short and long courses that are incredibly tough. The action is designed to be very spectator-friendly, with easy access to the most challenging spots for viewing.
Competition History
The Tennessee Knockout first kicked off in 2011 and has been held every year at the Trials Training Center in Sequatchie, Tennessee. It’s become one of the top off-road motorcycle races in the US, drawing in the best riders from both America and around the world.
For the 2021-22 season, the TKO was even part of the FIM Hard Enduro World Championship (HEWC).
Tennessee local Mike Brown snagged the win in the first two years, 2011 and 2012, with Cody Webb from California close behind. Webb then went on a six-year winning streak at the TKO, beating some of the top riders globally. Jonny Walker, Graham Jarvis, Wade Young, Mario Roman, and Manuel Lettenbichler all tried to take him down, but Webb stayed unbeatable. After a knee injury kept Webb out of the 2019 race, Germany’s Lettenbichler became the first international rider to win.
In 2020, Canadian Trystan Hart took the win from Webb, and in 2021, Billy Bolt from the UK narrowly beat Lettenbichler. Hart came back strong in 2022, winning the TKO and his first FIM Hard Enduro World Championship ahead of Manni Lettenbichler and Mario Roman.
In 2023, Hart defended his title, beating Billy Bolt and Mani Lettenbichler. This win was Hart’s second straight TKO victory, making it three in total, including his 2020 win.
