Entries Open For FIM Hard Enduro Finale At 24MX Hixpania Hard Enduro

Don’t miss it! Entries are open for the eighth and final round of the 2022 FIM Hard Enduro World Championship, the 24MX Hixpania Hard Enduro.

Set to bring the 2022 season to an exciting close on October 7-9 in Aguilar de Campoo, Spain, the 24MX Hixpania Hard Enduro is one not to be missed.

Categories For All Abilities

Now approaching its sixth edition, the popular Spanish Hard Enduro will see four categories take to the track this year. Drawing on the host town’s medieval history are the Knight, Archer, Squire and Non-Competitive classes.

The Knight is the toughest category and aimed at those of a high-expert and pro level. Archer is for experts, with Squire for hobby-level riders.

For those who just want to sample a little of the action, but without the competitive element, then the ‘just-for-fun’ Non-Competitive category is the one.

24MX Hixpania Hard Enduro Schedule

Friday opens the proceedings with the spectacular night-time prologue through the town’s main streets. Under floodlight, the best riders from all classes among the expected 350 competitors will go head-to-head in a series of qualifiers with the fastest battling it out for top honours in the final.

The second day of racing brings riders out into the wild of Aguilar de Campoo. Navigating their way around the outskirts of the nearby lake, competitors will face a tough and challenging cross-country loop to be ridden three times. With pine cone forestry trails, river crossings, and slippery lakeshore tracks, it will be a physical day of Enduro for all as they vie for a place in Sunday’s Lost Roads finale.

A three-hour multi-lap Hard Enduro, ACERBIS Lost Roads will push the world’s best Enduro riders to their limits as they fight for glory. The infamous Aguilar de Campoo quarry course is filled with numerous rocky climbs, giant rock steps, and steep forestry descents. After three hours a final ‘impossible’ climb stands between the race leaders and the chequered flag.

For 2022, bike rental companies Ride Xpower and ZonaPaddock will be operating at 24MX Hixpania Hard Enduro.

Services range from complete bike rental packages to race service and bike transportation.

The eighth and final round of the FIM Hard Enduro World Championship takes place at 24MX Hixpania Hard Enduro in Spain on October 7-9.
